Examples may include but are not limited to:
- Fire alarms
- Electrical outage
- Broken steam, gas, or water line
- Overflowing toilet
- Elevator entrapment
- Water or sewage flooding or backing up into building
- Gas leak or smell
- Inoperable lock where space cannot be secured
- Discharge of fire suppression system
- Inoperable heating or cooling
In the case of a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911.
